What’s the Neighborhood Like?
The homes you would expect to find for sale in Northwest Crossing Subdivision of San Antonio TX generally range between 900 and 3500+ square feet. There isn’t a single builder however, most of the homes were originally built by Nash Philip Copus, Hooker Barnes or Monarch back in the late 1980’s. The last set of homes in this subdivision were built in the early1990’s by Rayco, KB and a few others. Since then, many of the homes have had updates and it’s not uncommon to find homes that have updated their kitchens, master bathrooms and added on to the back of their home a nice deck or patio thus increasing the square footage of their entertaining arena. The smallest homes in the neighborhood start with 2 bedrooms while the larger floor plans have four and sometimes 5 bedroom layouts. Depending on the model and builder, some of the homes have two masters. Most of the lots average about 0.16 acres so there is plenty of room for everyone to get out and enjoy the climate of San Antonio.
