Braun Willow has sold 7 homes this year versus 2 in 2008. The average sales price is currently $147,800 versus $138,950 in 2008. The percent of original list price is 97% versus 89% in 2008.

Carriage Place, a subset of New Territories has sold 3 homes this year versus 9 in 2008. The average sales price is currently $159,000 versus $138,400 in 2008. The percent of original list price is 96% versus 95% in 2008.

Fine Silver has sold 20 homes this year versus 24 in 2008. The average sales price is currently $184,355 versus $181,256 in 2008. The percent of original list price is 98% versus 97% in 2008.

New Territories has sold 38 homes this year versus 80 in 2008. The average sales price is currently $107,800 versus $98,900 in 2008. The percent of original list price is 95% versus 94% in 2008.

Northwest Crossing has sold 72 homes this year versus 140 in 2008. The average sales price is currently $120,950 versus $122,000 in 2008. The percent of original list price is 97% versus 95% in 2008.
