Helotes

With a population of over 7,000, Helotes is becoming one of the most desirable suburbs of San Antonio. Helotes itself includes the newly renovated Old Town Helotes. Completed in 2011, Old Town Helotes is the revitalized downtown of Helotes, which includes Unique shops and great BBQ.  

NW San Antonio

NW San Antonio is one of the fastest growing areas in Metropolitan San Antonio with new homes starting in the low to mid 100’s, and its proximity to Lackland AFB, the area attracts many military families and first time home buyers.  

Grey Forest

City tucked away on Scenic Loop Road just north of Helotes. Its location and charm are summed up in its motto – “A Scenic Playground.” Grey Forest has the benefit of being far enough away from big city life to be a getaway for its citizens, yet, it is only about 10 to 15 minutes away from the shopping, eating, and services that our modern world offers.  

Castle Hills

Castle Hills has its own Police, Fire, and Public Works departments. The Fire Department also has a medical response vehicle and EMTs. Most of the properties in Castle Hills are single family residences, many located on large lots. Many were built in the early 1950s. Ranch style architecture is predominant.  

Leon Valley

Residents as well as visitors find Leon Valley real estate to be the gateway to San Antonio’s leading attractions, and the employment base in the northwest sector. The City of Leon Valley is three miles from the Medical District, and eight miles to the San Antonio International Airport. The current median home price for Leon Valley has appreciated every year since 2000. In 2005 the median home price in Leon Valley was $95,480.  

Shavano Park

Shavano Park – is an affluent city located in Bexar County, Texas, United States. As of the 2010 census, the population was 3,035, up from 1,754 at the 2000 census. It is an enclave of San Antonio.  

Boerne

A treasure nestled in the magnificent setting of the Texas Hill Country, Boerne (pronounced “Bur-nee”) is only minutes north of San Antonio, via Interstate 10. A stroll down Main Street offers a world of specialty shops including great antiques, hometown bakeries, trendy boutiques, jewelry and art galleries, wine bars, or even a “brew on the creek”.
